Vintage Bucilla "OVER THE ROOFTOPS" CHRISTMAS TREE SKIRT.
Felt Sequin Kit #82621 or 82664.
PLEASE READ: Front of package has a printed sticker with kit #82664, instructions inside kit have #82621. Looks to be same kit but different kit number. I pulled felt from package because I noticed picture shows skirt in red and package contains DARK BLUE skirt. Skirt is stamped with both kit numbers.
